Alexander Blum

Alexander Blum is a seasoned professional in human resources and quality management, currently serving as Senior Team Lead People Operations at Holidu since February 2022. Previously, Alexander held various leadership roles at PolyTech A/S from February 2017 to January 2022, including Head of Human Resources Germany and Head of Human Resources/Accounting and Quality Management. Alexander's career also includes experience as a consultant for quality and environmental management systems at QAS-Company AG, and positions in quality management and baking earlier in the career. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in People Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, along with degrees in food technology and baking.
