Lisa Guggemos

Lisa Guggemos has over seven years of experience in customer happiness management, currently serving as Teamlead Customer Happiness at Holidu since April 2017, where responsibilities also included roles as Senior Customer Happiness Manager and Customer Happiness Manager. Prior to this, Lisa worked at EF Education First from February 2015 to April 2017 as a Regional Sales Consultant. Lisa holds a degree from New York University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
