Gaurav Kapoor serves as the Operations Head India at Holisol Logistics since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency, and collaborating with various teams to streamline supply chain operations. Prior to this, Gaurav held the position of Assistant Manager Airport Operations & Customer Services at IndiGo, overseeing flight control, customer service staff, and passenger facilitation. Gaurav also worked as a Senior Customer Service Agent at Singapore Airlines, specializing in flight operations and VIP assistance. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Gaurav combines extensive logistical expertise with a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.
