Mitch Kulick brings a potent combination of legal, regulatory, financial, and industry-specific experience to the growing cannabis industry. As a co-founder and partner of Feuerstein Kulick (FK), Mitch advises his clients in all aspects of the cannabis space while working directly with state regulatory and licensing bodies. Under the auspices of FK, Mitch acts as the General Counsel for Holistic Industries. Prior to FK, Mitch was the General Counsel of Steep Hill Labs, Inc. In addition to traditional GC duties, Mitch was also a liaison between Steep Hill and its investors and government regulators and served as the de facto in-house investment banker for the Company. Prior to entering the cannabis industry in 2013, Mitch was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Iroquois Capital (a NYC-based hedge fund) as well as an enforcement lawyer in the SEC. Mitch began his legal career in at Greenberg Traurig where he worked on complex corporate reorganizations, labor disputes and securities litigation matters. Mitch graduated from the University of Michigan (with Honors) and Hofstra University School of Law (Law Review) and lives in Scarsdale, NY.
