Marion Maulavé

Marion Maulavé has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Marion started their career as a Project Manager Assistant at GEFCO Version Française in 2013. Marion then worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Anacours and as an Assistant Program Management Officer within the Information Management team at Groupe Adecco France in 2015. In 2016, they joined Teamsquare as a Junior Consultant in Change Management. Marion then worked at SOLUTEC as a Junior Consultant in IT Project Management and Change Management, where they managed IT consultants and worked on projects for Carrefour Information Systems and Volvo Group Market Company. In 2018, they became a Professional Coach at Ecole Supérieure de Coaching and an IT Project Manager Junior at Volvo Group. Marion then joined OpenClassrooms in 2019 as a Senior Mentorship Manager, where they led a community of mentors and improved internal processes. Marion'smost recent role was as the Co-founder, CEO, and COO of Ayame Flowers, where they managed all aspects of the business, including finance, website creation, partnerships, and social media. Marion is currently working as an Operations Manager at HOLIVIA, starting in 2022.

Marion Maulavé began their education in 2011 at iaelyon School of Management, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with honors. In 2013, Marion participated in an exchange program at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Business Management during their third year of the Bachelor's program. Following this, Marion returned to iaelyon School of Management to complete the first year of their Master's degree in European Business Realities from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Marion pursued further studies at Prague University of Economics and Business, focusing on International Business and completing the second year of their Master's degree through a double degree program. Marion then took a break from formal education before attending Ecole supérieure de coaching in 2019, where they obtained a Master's degree in Coaching.
