Johnny Lau

Johnny Lau is a Senior UX Designer at Holland America Line, where since May 2017, collaboration with design teams has focused on enhancing the digital marketing experience for both Holland America Line and Seabourn. Prior roles include UX Designer in a contracting capacity, contributing to feature updates and website migration projects. Experience also encompasses a position as UX Designer and Project Manager for Lulabop, aimed at improving website usability. Johnny Lau completed an immersive User Experience Design program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Western Washington University, along with an Associate of Arts in Fine Art from Highline College. Skills include user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
