Karla Snead

Karla Snead has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karla began their career at Helzberg Diamonds as a Recruiting Manager from 1997 to 2001. Karla then moved on to Hershey, where they worked as an Account Representative from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they joined Holland Basham Architects as an Administrative Assistant in 2011 and later transitioned to a role in Human Resources from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Karla holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Holland Basham Architects.

Karla Snead obtained their Bachelor of Journalism degree with a specialization in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Karla attended this institution from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued their Master of Psychology degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University, attending from 1994 to 1997.
