Stephanie Kozlowicz

Stephanie Kozlowicz is the owner of Nibble + Nosh GR, a catering company specializing in cheese and charcuterie boards and grazing tables since November 2020. While managing the business, Stephanie prepares menus for various gatherings, including weddings and corporate events, and oversees social media and website operations. Concurrently, Stephanie has served as an Environmental Specialist and GIS Analyst at Holland Engineering, Inc. since September 2014, providing support for NEPA reports and GIS mapping for various projects. A freelance writer from 2017 to 2021 for Grand Rapids Kids Blog, Stephanie documented local experiences and events in West Michigan. Prior to these roles, Stephanie worked as a Graduate Transportation Planner and GIS Specialist at URS Corporation from 2006 to 2014, contributing to Environmental Impact Statements and assessments. Stephanie holds two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from Grand Valley State University, one in Geography and Planning and the other in Natural Resource Management.
