Henk Velten

Henk Velten is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Master Black Belt at Holland Innovative since January 2015. Prior to this role, Henk accumulated significant expertise at Sensata Technologies from April 2000 to February 2024, where responsibilities included coaching Six Sigma projects, leading the introduction of Lean Engineering, and managing international product development for automotive pressure sensors. Henk also held various positions at Texas Instruments, where accomplishments included leading the development of automotive pressure switches and innovative RFID designs. A solid educational foundation includes studies at the University of Amsterdam, Stichting Wetenschappelijke Opleidingen Twente, and Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
