Kirk Monger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kirk started their career in 1987 as a Transportation Broker at C.H. Robinson, where they managed relationships with manufacturers and negotiated rates for their logistics needs. Kirk then worked as a Team Leader at Business Incentives, overseeing sales performance tracking among automotive accounts. In 1990, they became a Sales Representative at A.B. Dick Company, before transitioning to the role of Field Vice President at Continental Marketing Corporation, where they managed a team of 18 sales associates. From 1996 to 2006, Kirk worked as a Sales Manager at ADP Hollander, where they hired and managed a staff of 11 sales representatives. Following that, they held various roles at Hollander Inc., Hollander a Solera Company, including Sales Manager National and Strategic Accounts and Director of Sales & Field Service. In 2015, they became the Director of New Business Development at Hotlines Inc, before joining Farm Bureau Financial Services as an Agent in 2014. Currently, Kirk holds the position of Director of Sales at Hollander.
Kirk Monger completed their high school education at Century High School from 1979 to 1982. Kirk then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Marketing at Minnesota State University Moorhead, attending from 1985 to 1987.
