Rebecca Herbertson

Rebecca Herbertson's work experience includes holding various roles at different companies. Rebecca is currently the Head of Distribution - Strategic Outcomes at The Hollard Insurance Company Australia. In this role, they are responsible for driving the company's strategy and delivering special projects. Previously, they worked at BT Financial Group, where they held roles such as Head of Strategic Partnerships, National Manager, Strategic Partners - Life Insurance, Senior Manager, Strategic Partners - Life Insurance, and Senior Relationship Manager - General Insurance. Rebecca'sresponsibilities in these roles included business strategy, reinsurance and outsourcing management, continuous improvement, customer journey and experience, procurement and contract negotiation, marketing plan and budget negotiation, sales and retention performance, marketing strategy, and learning and development training. Before BT Financial Group, Rebecca worked as a Business Analyst at Consulting Services and as a Process Analyst at AMP.

Rebecca Herbertson completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law at Flinders University from 2019 to 2026. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategic Management & Business Management at the University of Technology Sydney from 2012 to 2017.
