Sailosi Francis has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Sailosi began their career as a Team Member/Customer Service Leader at Shayden Nominees Pty Ltd t/a KFC Griffith in 2000 and later became an Assistant Restaurant Manager at the same company. In 2008, they transitioned to The Personnel Group as a Training Consultant, where they helped job seekers with disabilities find suitable employment. From 2010 to 2013, Sailosi worked at Yum! Restaurants International, first as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and then as a Restaurant General Manager, responsible for maintaining operational standards and maximizing sales. Sailosi then joined Commonwealth Bank, where they held various roles, including Senior Insurance Specialist, Team Manager - Sales and Service, and Business Delivery Analyst. Currently, Sailosi is employed at Hollard Insurance Australia as the Operations Partner Support Lead.

Sailosi Francis earned a Higher School Certificate in General Studies from Griffith High School in 2002. In 2001, they obtained a Cert II in Business Administration from TAFE NSW Griffith. In 2005, they completed a Cert IV in Frontline Management from Auswide Projects. Then, in 2009, they attended TAFE NSW Albury and received a Cert IV in Training and Assessment in Workforce Development and Training. Lastly, in 2016, they pursued a MOS - Management Operating Systems degree in Management from Coxswain.
