Tony Mansolillo

Tony Mansolillo is an experienced operations and supply chain leader with a strong background in logistics and transportation management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Holly Poultry since September 2023, Tony previously held the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at East Coast Fresh from January 2017 to September 2023, where Tony also served as Director of Value Added. Earlier career positions include Director of Logistics at Cold Chain Logistics, LLC, and various roles at Solo Cup Company including Transportation Services Manager, Distribution Center Manager, and Transportation Coordinator. Tony obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 1998 to 2000.
