Abdiaziz Ali

Abdiaziz Ali is an experienced youth worker currently employed at Milieu Family Services and Milieu Children & Family Services since September 2021, while also serving as a behavior support worker at Hollyburn Family Services since June 2021. Prior technical experience includes a role as a technical support specialist at Concentrix from September 2020 to April 2021, where Abdiaziz assisted external users with technical product issues and ensured service met contractual KPIs. Previous roles also include quality assurance translator at Appen, focusing on proofreading in Somali and English, and assistant lecturer at East Africa University, where Abdiaziz taught basic computer skills. Abdiaziz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Armed Conflict Resolution from the University of Nairobi and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of the People, expected to be completed in March 2024.
