Sarah Welch

Sarah Welch began their work experience in 2006 as an Office Clerk at Archer Daniels Midland and as an Accounting Office Associate at Walmart. Sarah then transitioned to Hollywood Casino Columbus in 2012, where they held various roles including Revenue Auditor, Revenue Audit Lead, Revenue Audit Supervisor, Staff Accountant, Senior Staff Accountant, Assistant Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, and Assistant Director of Finance. In 2023, Sarah joined Hollywood Gaming at Dayton Raceway as an Assistant Director of Finance.

Sarah Welch has a strong education history with a focus on accounting and finance. Sarah began their educational journey in 2008 at Owens Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Office Administration in 2012. Afterward, they attended Columbus State Community College from 2013 to 2018, where they earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance.

Sarah continued their education at Franklin University, starting in 2019 and completing in 2022. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a major in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah obtained a certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist in Excel from Microsoft in July 2014. This certification showcases their proficiency in Excel and further enhances their skill set in accounting and finance.
