Jill Franks

Jill Franks has extensive experience in player services management at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, where roles have included Player Services Manager, Player Services and Count Room Manager, and Player Services Supervisor since August 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Walgreens from March 2007 to August 2014. Jill Franks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Youngstown State University, obtained between 2003 and 2006, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership at Youngstown State University, starting in September 2021.
