Melanie Kazmierczak

Melanie Kazmierczak is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, sales, and operations. Currently serving as an Educational Assistant at the School District of Holmen since August 2022, Melanie has previously held roles such as Agency Assistant at American Family Insurance, where responsibilities included project management and customer service. With over a decade of experience in various management positions at Advantage+, Melanie developed marketing strategies, trained teams, and improved operational processes. Additional experience includes managing a landlord business, leading teams at Target, and various operational roles at Marriott International.
