Joe Ducharme

Joe DuCharme has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Joe started their career at Lockton Companies where they served as the Vice President of IT from 1997 to 2011. Afterward, they were promoted to Senior Vice President, Director of IT, a position they held until 2019. In 2019, Joe joined Holmes Murphy & Associates as the Chief Technology Architect, where they currently work.

Joe DuCharme has an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Joe also has a BA in Math from the same institution. Additionally, they have attained the CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation from The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and the ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designation from the Risk and Insurance Management Society.
