Julie McAnally

Julie McAnally has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various roles throughout their career. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Team Lead for Marsh, handling escalated calls and special projects. In 2011, they transitioned to Marsh/Mercer as a Training Specialist, facilitating and developing curriculum for commercial business units. From 2013 to 2017, Julie joined Mercer as a Learning & Performance Leader, leading a team responsible for training new hires and developing curriculum. Since 2017, they have been with Holmes Murphy & Associates, first as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant, focusing on career enhancement and organizational development, and currently as the Director of Growth & Development.

Julie McAnally earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Buena Vista University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Julie went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Leadership Development at Drake University from 2011 to 2014.
