Cliff Horton, PE, SE, is an experienced engineering professional with expertise in high-rise construction utilizing both concrete and steel. Currently serving as Associate Principal and Senior Engineer at Holmes US since February 2021, Cliff previously held roles as an Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers from September 2014 to January 2021, and as a Senior Engineer at Buro Happold from April 2012 to June 2014. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Engineer at WSP USA, Assistant Engineer at Fay Spofford & Thorndike, and Engineering Intern at Robert Silman Associates. Cliff holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Columbia Engineering.
