Maria Tamburrini

Maria Tamburrini has over two decades of experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as a Sr. Benefits Manager at Hologic, Inc. since July 2007, Maria has progressed through various roles including Benefits Manager and Sr. Benefits Analyst. Prior to Hologic, Maria worked at Cytyc from March 2002 to July 2007, holding positions such as HRIS & Benefits Analyst and Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Specialist. Maria began their career as an Employment Specialist at Bank Boston/Fleet between 2000 and 2001. Maria holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Framingham State University and a Bachelor's degree from Nichols College.
