Jim Tropauer

As Chief Operating Officer, Jim leads the team charged with implementing and supporting Holon’s customers, as well as managing the information security program for the company.

Jim draws on his 20+ years of healthcare technology experience, applying a broad base of practical implementation and support expertise to help customers achieve their business and financial goals. With deep capabilities in product management and development operations, Jim engages across disciplines within external and internal organizations to create the customer value demanded by end-users and sponsors alike.

Over the course of his career, Jim has focused on secure health information exchange, from the delivery of results into electronic health records (EHRs) to the flow of clinical data into health information exchanges (HIEs), and now at Holon, helping deliver relevant patient knowledge when and where providers need it. Prior to Holon, Jim held leadership positions with Medicity and McKesson.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mercer University.
