A proven executive with more than 30 years of experience across healthcare, technology, and retail industries, Kathy brings deep expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and business transformation to Holon Solutions. As Chief Marketing Officer, Kathy leads go-to-market strategic planning, execution, and brand strategy powering digital and offline marketing and engagement programs at scale to drive growth and brand leadership.

Prior to joining Holon, Kathy led Marketing for 16 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, serving on the Executive Management Team for eight years as Senior Vice President, and growing membership by 30% and ancillary businesses by over 60%. Kathy also served as Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for LogMeIn, a $1.2 Billion software services company, and directed several brands and businesses to market-leading positions and rapid growth. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing Officer at The Annie Selke Companies, a global home décor company with omnichannel sales through direct-to-consumer and wholesale e-commerce as well as retail stores and designers worldwide.

Kathy currently serves on the GBH Corporate Executive Council (CEC), the Board of Directors for the AD Club of Boston, and previously served on the Blue Cross Blue Shield National Brand Advisory Council and the Greater Boston Chamber Women’s Network Advisory Board.

Kathy earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Alabama.
