Chase Stone

Chase Stone serves as Senior Vice President — Office at Holt Lunsford Commercial (HLC), a commercial real estate service and investment company based in Dallas, Texas, where he manages project leasing and business development initiatives for HLC’s office portfolio in Dallas.

Prior to joining HLC, Chase was the Vice President of Investments at Cawley Partners in Dallas, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing of all new acquisition and development projects. In his role, he was pivotal in acquiring more than 4 million square feet of commercial assets valued in excess of $2.1 billion.

Chase earned his Masters of Business Administration degree (Real Estate Finance) from Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Science degree (Finance) from the University of Texas in Dallas.

Chase currently serves on the board of NAIOP and is an active member of The Real Estate Council (TREC,) The TouchDown Club of Dallas (TDC) and Watermark Community Church.
