Jim Brice

Jim Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 1994 and serves as Partner over the Texas Markets. Jim is responsible for overseeing the training, leasing, development, and acquisitions throughout Texas. Prior to HLC, Jim was an Accounting Manager for Trammell Crow Company and began his career as an auditor in public accounting. Jim received a BA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana- Monroe.
