Parimal Patel

Parimal Patel is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the accounting industry. Currently serving as Tax Principal at HCVT since January 2023, Parimal leads a major Private Equity client with over $135 billion in assets and manages large corporate tax returns for upper-tier family offices. Prior to HCVT, Parimal held the position of Tax Senior Manager at EY, where responsibilities included managing a remote team, client relationship building, and providing tax compliance and advisory services. Parimal also spent thirteen years at Seiler LLP as Tax Senior Manager, focusing on tax advice and planning for high-net-worth individuals and businesses across various industries, as well as leading firm training and business development initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Novogradac & Company LLP and as an intern at Golden Gate University, where Parimal developed a solid foundation in auditing and accounting practices. Educational background consists of a Master of Science in Tax Law/Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University.
