Phillip Gordon

Phillip Gordon is a Partner at Holtzman Vogel, where Phillip also holds the titles of Of Counsel, Litigation Counsel, and Associate. Prior to that, Phillip worked as a Health and Human Services Planner at the City of Austin and as a Legal Extern at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Phillip also served as an Emergency Plans Officer at the City of Austin Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Phillip obtained their J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin. Phillip earned their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles.
