Anna Granvik

Anna Granvik's work experience includes a range of roles in the fields of people and talent management, project management, and account management. Anna is currently serving as the People and Talent Lead at Holvi. Prior to that, they worked at Wunder as the Talent Growth Lead and Talent Manager, leading various professional development initiatives and mentoring programs. Before Wunder, Anna held the position of Account Manager at Mirum Agency, where they built strong client relationships and delivered exceptional results. Anna also served as a Project Manager at Activeark JWT Ltd., managing client accounts and ensuring high-quality project delivery. Anna's earlier experiences include roles as a Project Manager and member of the Nordic management team at Inspiration Kommunikation & Event Oy, and as Marketing Support and Market Services at Roschier Attorneys and K. Hartwall Oy, respectively.

Anna Granvik has a comprehensive education history. Anna received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Hanken School of Economics, studying from 1998 to 2004. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Coach certification from CoachCompanion, specializing in coaching. Anna furthered their coaching skills by becoming an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through CoachCompanion in 2017. Anna then pursued a Certified Facilitator of TotalSDI certification from TotalSDI in 2018-2019. Additionally, Anna has obtained additional certifications including being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation and a Lean Change Agent from the Lean Change Management Association.
