Geoffrey McFarlane

Geoffrey McFarlane is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and a focus on complex financial cases. Currently serving as a Commercial Litigation Staff Attorney at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP since October 2014, Geoffrey has contributed to significant investigations involving residential mortgage-backed securities. Prior roles include Staff Attorney positions at CACI International Inc, where involvement included substantial legal research for the United States Attorney's Office, and the Investor Protection Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office, focused on securities investigations. Geoffrey's legal career also encompasses diverse litigation consulting at Epiq Systems and representation of Fortune 500 clients at Dechert LLP and Arnold & Porter.
