Mark Palastro

Mark Palastro has extensive experience in financial management and auditing within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as CFO at Holy Family Institute since January 2010, Mark oversees financial matters and advises the CEO on reporting, planning, and organizational liquidity. Previously, as Audit Director at Unison Health Plan from September 2001 to November 2009, Mark directed internal audits for a $900 million Medicaid HMO, ensuring compliance and identifying discrepancies. Mark's earlier roles include Director of Finance for Children's Community Care and Senior Auditor at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, along with auditor positions at Ohio Valley General Hospital and Spring Hill. Mark holds a BS/BA in Accounting from Robert Morris University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
