Hope Shafer

Hope Shafer currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Holy Redeemer Health System, where responsibilities include full cycle corporate sourcing, recruitment, and selection for a large health system, along with the development and implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies. Previously, Hope held the position of Corporate Recruiter/Recruitment Team Leader at LA Weightloss, where recruitment efforts focused on various sales and medical positions for a national organization. Additionally, Hope worked as a Recruiter for The Philadelphia Nanny Network, Inc., screening and interviewing childcare providers while effectively communicating service offerings to families. Hope holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences and Psychology from Muhlenberg College.
