Pastor Toopes has extensive experience in church leadership, serving as Senior Pastor at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church since September 2011. Prior to this role, Pastor Toopes held positions as Intentional Interim Pastor at St. John's Lutheran Church and as Senior Pastor at Hope Lutheran Church in Bradenton, Florida, Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, and Zion Lutheran Church of Avilla, accumulating significant pastoral experience over several decades. Educationally, Pastor Toopes earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree from Concordia Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Concordia University-St. Paul.
