Miro Glagolić

Miro Glagolić has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Miro is currently working as a Technical Delivery Manager at HolyWally, where they collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on fintech projects. Miro also designs cloud-based solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Before joining HolyWally, Miro founded Dream-IT.HR in 2019.

From 2018 to 2022, Miro worked at Emakina.HR as a Software Development Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for modeling and developing new products, managing an agile and geographically distributed team of developers, and conducting code reviews to enhance team performance. Prior to that, they served as a Software Developer in the same company, contributing to the development of high-load systems and maintaining legacy projects.

Miro also gained experience at Omega Software as a Development Team Lead from 2017 to 2018. Miro oversaw a small and agile team of developers, conducted code reviews, and worked on projects in the Microsoft technology stack.

Before joining Omega Software, Miro worked at Irata d.o.o. as a Software Developer. In this role, they played a key role in the development of ERP software systems, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and implementing change requests.

Furthermore, Miro had a part-time role as an Assistant and Demonstrator in courses of electrotechnics and electronics at Veleučilište u Splitu from 2002 to 2006. Here, they worked with students and conducted lab exercises.

Overall, Miro Glagolić has demonstrated expertise in technical leadership, software development, project management, and client collaboration.

Miro Glagolić attended the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) from 1999 to 2007, where they obtained their degree of mag (Master of Science) in the field of computing. In addition to their formal education, Miro Glagolić has also obtained several certifications in various domains. In May 2015, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) and acquired the certifications MS: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from Microsoft. In July 2016, they obtained the MCSD: App Builder certification from Microsoft, followed by the iPMC: Certified Developer certification from inRiver in February 2020. Most recently, in February 2022, Miro Glagolić became a Certified Service Partner of Bynder.
