Michael Keffer

Michael Keffer, PE, LEED AP, serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Civil Engineering at H2M architects + engineers since July 2008, with a progressive career trajectory that includes roles such as Vice President and Deputy Division Director in the same firm. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Associate at PS&S, Project Manager at Sear Brown, and various significant roles within Fairfax County Government, such as Assistant Branch Chief and Chief of the Land Use Section. Additionally, Michael served as Special Assistant to the Town Manager in Herndon, Virginia, and held engineering positions at Paciulli, Simmons & Associates, Ltd. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from George Mason University.
