Nathalie Sauvage

Nathalie Sauvage has a diverse range of work experience. Nathalie is currently working as the VP People at Homa. Prior to this, they owned their own consulting business, Arches Consulting. Nathalie also held the position of Chief People Officer at Interflora France from May 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as the Chief People Officer at Kamet Ventures, where they collaborated with CEOs on talent acquisition and retention, leadership and management, team structuration, and culture. Nathalie also has experience in human resources and consulting roles at L.E.K. Consulting, Canal+, NESS SA, ABAQ Conseil, and Weavemanagement.

Nathalie Sauvage received a high school degree (Baccalauréat) in the scientific section from Lycée du Parc in 1999. From 2001 to 2005, they attended ESSEC Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Programme Grande Ecole. In 2005, they participated in an exchange program at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), though the field of study is not specified.
