Matthew Snyder

Matt Snyder, MSW, LICSW is a Clinical Social Worker at Home Base where Matt conducts initial phone intakes, psychosocial assessments, and provides case management services for veterans and active duty service members suffering from PTSD. Matt also leads group therapy sessions, creates treatment plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Previously, Matt worked at Justice Resource Institute as a Case Manager, assisting homeless high school students with housing and graduation attainment. Matt holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina.
