Karl Robertson

Karl Robertson is an experienced technical trainer with a strong background in coordinating and delivering comprehensive training programs across multiple platforms. At OpenText, Karl served as Lead Technical Trainer from January 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included global course coordination and the exploration of Prosci change management methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction. Previous roles as Principal Technical Instructor at Dell EMC and Senior Technical Instructor at EMC highlight Karl's expertise in performance tuning workshops and developing effective training strategies for the Middle East region. Earlier experience includes a Technical Instructor position at EMC and portal training at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Karl holds a BSc in Scientific Instrumentation from the University of the West of England and is currently on a career break while seeking the next opportunity.
