Lukas Kencl

Lukas Kencl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital architecture and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of Digital Architecture and Cybersecurity at Electrolux since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading a team to drive digital transformation for IoT products, establishing architectural standards, and implementing cybersecurity best practices. Previous roles include Head of Global Connectivity Architecture and Manager of Connectivity at Electrolux, along with significant contributions to the Home Connectivity Alliance as Chair of the Technical Working Group. Lukas also has a robust academic background, having directed the R&D Centre for Mobile Applications at Czech Technical University and held research positions at Intel Research Cambridge and IBM Zurich Research Laboratory. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Communication Networks from EPFL and a MicroMBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
