David Patak

David Patak serves as the Chief Information Officer at Home Credit in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since June 2019. Prior to this role, David held the position of Chief Information Officer at Home Credit US from June 2014 to June 2019. David began their tenure with Home Credit International in March 2005 as Group Head of IT Architecture, where responsibilities included governing IT architecture and delivering standardized platforms for business expansion. David also served as Head of Central Development, overseeing a centralized software development team focused on banking and consumer finance solutions, and managed a diverse team of over 150 professionals. Earlier in David's career, David was a Senior Analyst at Home Credit International a.s. and a J2EE developer at ICZ a.s., with experience in software lifecycle processes and development in the healthcare sector. David holds a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Mendel University, earned between 1995 and 2000.
