Jon Griffiths has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Jon began working as a Marketing Assistant for Robinson Healthcare Ltd in 2002. From there, they joined Deb Group in 2004 as a UK Marketing Assistant. At Deb Group, they played a significant role in the expansion of the Swarfega skincare brand into the retail sector. In 2006, Jon moved to Bostik where they worked as a Product Manager and later became the Marketing Manager, overseeing various distribution channels and brands. In 2013, Jon joined Home Decor GB Ltd as the Head of Marketing. Jon then progressed to become the Marketing Director and ultimately the Sales and Marketing Director, responsible for brand, channel management, procurement, product development, and more. Jon's experience includes working with major customers in the UK and internationally, such as B&Q, Homebase, Wickes, Hornbach, and Leroy Merlin.
Jon Griffiths completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2004. In 2005, they pursued a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Nottingham University Business School.
