Michael Helbo

Michael Helbo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michael worked at Home.Earth as the Head of Investments and Development from February 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they were with NREP from April 2016 to June 2023, where they served as the CEO of UMEUS and NOLI Studios. During their time at NREP, Michael developed Nordic student housing and built a pipeline of over 4,000 beds across the Nordics. Michael also established a team of 15+ people for development and operations.

Before joining NREP, Michael worked at McKinsey & Company from April 2011 to March 2016. Michael held the positions of Associate Principal and Engagement Manager during their tenure. Additionally, Michael had experience at the Danish Prime Minister's Office from an unspecified starting date in 2002 until April 2011. There, they served as the Head of Press and Political Advisor to the Danish Prime Minister.

Michael Helbo holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, Department of Political Science.
