Kim Novotny

Kim Novotny is an experienced Mortgage Banker currently employed at Home Federal Savings Bank since August 2017, with a robust 20-year career in the mortgage industry. Throughout this time, Kim has developed a deep understanding of the complexities within today's mortgage market and has a passion for assisting homebuyers and existing homeowners with their first, second, or investment properties. Prior to the current role, Kim served as a Mortgage Lender at Bremer Bank from January 2015 to August 2017 and as a Mortgage Banker at Eastwood Bank from November 1993 to January 2015. Kim holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
