Ivory Mathews

Ivory Mathews has extensive experience in the housing industry, particularly in overseeing affordable housing programs. Ivory currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Home Forward, where they are responsible for a budget of $315 million and manages a team of 370 employees. Prior to this, they held the same position at Columbia Housing, where they led a workforce of 115 employees and administered a $53 million annual operating budget. Ivory has also served as the Executive Director and President at the Housing Authority of the City of Greenville, overseeing a housing portfolio of over 4,000 units. Before that, they were the Deputy Executive Director at the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and managed a housing portfolio of over 7,600 units.
