Karen Janes has an extensive background in finance, with experience ranging from financial performance management to directorial roles in various companies such as Home From Home Care, Holmleigh Care, The Aurora-Group, UCAS, University of Gloucestershire, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Eagle Star. With a BSc in Actuarial Science (Hons) from the University of Kent and additional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Karen has successfully led teams, implemented new systems, and transformed financial performance functions throughout their career.
