Hosanna S. has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Operations and People Experience at Home Instead Australia, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Lead at the same company from March 2021 to July 2023, where they worked towards enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

Earlier in their career, Hosanna co-founded Creative Operations pty ltd in January 2021. They were also a Life Skills Support Worker at Uniting from March 2020 to August 2021, and a Barista at Glee Coffee Roasters from September 2019 to August 2021.
