Penny B

Penny B has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Penny is currently working as the Head of Client and Quality Operations at Home Instead Australia since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Care and People Services at the same company from March 2022 to July 2023. Penny also worked as the General Manager Clinical Services at Plena Healthcare from November 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they held several roles at Arcare Aged Care, including General Manager Quality, Funding and Customer Service, National Funding Manager, and Business Services Manager. Penny's earlier experience includes working as an ACFI Coordinator at JAPARA HEALTHCARE LIMITED and as a Director of Nursing Registered Nurse at Victoria Heights Residential Care. Penny also served as a Nursing Officer/ Medical assistant in the Australian Army and worked as an Enrolled Nurse at Healthstra Nursing Agency.

Penny B has pursued their education in various stages and institutions. Their educational journey began at La Trobe University, where they studied for an unspecified duration and obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree. Later, in 2010, Penny attended Charles Sturt University and completed a Postgraduate Aged Health Management program in 2011, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Currently, Penny plans to enroll in Victoria University and aims to earn a Master of Nursing degree, focusing on becoming a Nurse Practitioner. This program is scheduled to start in 2023 and is expected to conclude in 2025.
