Shea Dresser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital experience management and business operations. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Experience at Home Solutions since December 2022, Shea previously held multiple roles at Red Ventures from August 2017 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Director of Business Operations, focusing on revenue forecasting and strategic growth. Earlier career achievements include founding Shea's Bakery, which became the top bakery in Delray Beach, and co-founding Bear-y Sweet Shoppe, a profitable candy store. Additional roles include optimizing inventory at Target and creating procurement reports at Anheuser-Busch. Shea holds a BSBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis.
