Yeonsil K has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Teacher at Gyeonggi Provincial Government, where they gained knowledge and experience in working with diverse family dynamics and was nominated for the 'best teacher' award in 2012. In 2014, they were a Behavioral Therapist at Janus Academy. In 2016, they were a High Risk Case Manager and Relief Case Manager at HomeFront Calgary, where they conducted ongoing risk assessments and strategic safety planning to effectively promote clients' safety from domestic violence and managed relationships and collaborations with multidisciplinary team including the legal and government authorities. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Home Spritz, where they help manage the mission and vision of the company and ensures it is growing and maintaining its core vision.

Yeonsil K attended the University of Calgary from 2015 to 2018 and earned a Master of Social Work - MSW. Prior to that, they attended Daegu National University of Education from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Education - BEd.
