Prabhakaran Naganathan

Prabhakaran Naganathan has extensive experience in operations, technology, and compliance within the financial sector, spanning over three decades. Prabhakaran began a career as a Sales Officer at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, moving through various roles, including Project Manager at CMC LTD and Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. Notable positions at Citi included Regional Director of Compliance & Control and Consumer Operations Head, with contributions to risk management and operational excellence. Since July 2017, Prabhakaran has taken on roles as a Self Director at WFH - Remote Work Solutions and happily retired from Home Sweet Home, while also serving as a Private Consultant at Asian Edge Private Limited until May 2022.
