Shon oversees the Installation & Repair teams, which include Residential services, Business Systems, and Home Integration. She, along with her team members, are committed to meeting their customers' expectations by providing fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Shon has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Leadership Development. She has been a member of the Home Telecom Team since 2006 and has over 15 years of customer service experience.
